    • We offer a 30-day money-back guarantee for all Planner bundle and eBook bundle purchases. If you are not satisfied with your purchase, you may request a full refund within 30 days of the purchase date.
    • Refunds will only be issued to the original payment method used during checkout.
  2. Conditions for Refunds

    • Refunds are granted for dissatisfaction with content quality or usability, provided the Planner bundle and eBook bundles has not been redistributed.
  3. Exclusions
    • Refunds are not available if the Planner bundle and eBook bundles has been significantly downloaded and accessed multiple times, indicating use beyond personal use.
    • Refunds will not be processed for lost or accidentally deleted files, as customers can request purchased files by emailing [email protected]
  4. Refund Processing
    • Approved refunds will be processed within 5-7 business days after receipt of the request and approval, and can take up to 10 business days to process by the banks (usually doesn’t take this long though…)
