FAQ: Downloading and Unzipping Your Files

Why are my files in a ZIP format?
We use ZIP files to bundle multiple items into one easy-to-download package.

How do I open a ZIP file?
On most devices, you can simply double-click or tap the file to extract its contents.

What if I can’t open the ZIP file?
Ensure you have a file extraction tool. Windows, macOS, and most smartphones include one. Alternatively, you can download free apps like WinRAR, 7-Zip, or iZip.

Detailed Instructions: How to Download and Unzip Your Files

Step 1: Download the ZIP File

  1. After your purchase, click the download button provided on the order confirmation page or in your confirmation email.
  2. Save the file to a folder on your computer or mobile device where you can easily locate it.

Step 2: Locate the ZIP File

  • On Computers: Check your “Downloads” folder unless you’ve saved it elsewhere.
  • On Smartphones/Tablets: Look in your “Files” app (iPhone/iPad) or a similar file manager (Android).

Step 3: Extract (Unzip) the Contents

  • On Windows:
    1. Right-click the ZIP file and select “Extract All.”
    2. Choose a folder to save the unzipped files, then click “Extract.”
  • On macOS:
    1. Double-click the ZIP file.
    2. The files will automatically extract to the same folder as the ZIP file.
  • On iPhone/iPad:
    1. Tap the ZIP file in the “Files” app.
    2. A new folder containing the unzipped files will appear.
  • On Android:
    1. Tap the ZIP file in your file manager.
    2. Select “Extract” or “Unzip.” The files will be saved in a new folder.

Step 4: Access Your Files
Once extracted, open the folder to view your purchased items. You can now use or transfer them as needed.
